Oahu Regional Transportation Dashboard

Oahu Regional Transportation Dashboard is an interactive dashboard for exploring regularly updated data to track our progress toward our regional goals.

Performance measures are used to track how the region is performing at a given time, align the OahuMPO’s planning activities, and inform regional strategies.

Federal Performance Measures

Federal regulations require the OahuMPO to adopt and track transportation performance measures. These include Highway and Transit Safety, Infrastructure Condition, System Reliability, and Transit Asset Management.

These performance measures are also integrated into the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the Oahu Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP) to ensure alignment with the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and the Hawaii Statewide Long-Range Transportation Plan.

Each year, the OahuMPO must set performance targets for these measures to guide investment decisions and track progress.
